Do you know
Alice in Wonderland picked her nose,
scratched the hare’s ear,
and was dealt a royal straight flush?
Alice “Winner of the Penultimate Hand”.
You might well wonder what happened
before the final whistle,
the last over,
the penalty shootout.
After the inkwell imploded,
the pen paused,
and the heavens opened.
Patience …
the tale has barely begun.
