Potato Poem (PP)

Potato Poem

Dear reader…

You already know

there’s never been

a poem as lovely

as a potato –

nor prose as flowing as a stream.

You know you can live on spuds.

Try swallowing a sonnet

or masticating a haiku.

So now you know.
